Sleeping is essential to our lives and it is also a natural need to human body like daily food and water. A person usually needs eight hours of sleep a night.
If sleep loss persists in a person's life for a certain time, there will be long-term problems like poor memory, less concentration, loss of motivation, aggressive mood, etc. Sleep loss cause the physiological state known as fatigue.
Sleep loss is not just a problem at night. Its impact can extend far into the day, limiting how well you can function physically and mentally. That is why sleep deprivation contributes to road accidents and other occupational injuries. In some cases sleep loss can even be linked to mood disorders or depression.
